Pastor Rosier Cles is a charismatic leader, visionary and founder of the ministry of truth. Rosier Cles holds a Doctor in Ministry from Jacksonville Theological Seminary. Rosier Cles also holds a Juris Doctor from the State University of Haiti.

As a pastor, Rosier Cles's vision is to follow Christ's command: "Go into all the world, and preach the gospel; and make disciples from all over the world.
